Up for sale is an exceptional 2021 Darren Hippner Antonio de Torres model classical guitar, hand-built in Point Roberts, Washington. This replica beautifully captures the intimate, highly resonant character of Torres' legendary 19th-century designs.

Premium Tonewoods & Craftsmanship

• The Top: Solid premium Spruce, providing a crisp, punchy, and articulate voice.
• Back & Sides: Striking solid Birdseye Maple, adding a bright, clear, and focuse tone.
• Neck & Headstock: A comfortable Cedar neck capped with a Brazilian Rosewood headstock veneer.
• Fretboard: An Ebony fingerboard with frets in excellent condition, recently polished with perfectly smooth fret ends.

Condition & Restoration Notes

• The Finish: This instrument has been refurbished using its original factory specification—a traditional, coat of nitrocellulose lacquer that allows the tonewoods to vibrate freely.
• Structural Condition: Flawless. There are absolutely no cracks in the top, back, or sides.
• Note on Back Wood: There is a minor, native 3mm wood figure irregularity at the upper right edge of the back near the binding. This was professionally placed by Hippner himself during the initial build process and is purely cosmetic.
