This pair of EPICURE Model 5 stereophonic speakers are in excellent condition and are sequentially numbered. Please see the accompanying photos to determine condition for yourself. Solid wood cabinets with a bright,rich maple finish are quite rare to find in speakers of this size and price range. Seller bought them new online from a major auction website. They have a clean, neutral sound. The Epicure Five offers extreme linearity, excellent dispersion, and nearly perfect system phasing. Its frequency response is essentially flat and undistorted from 50 to 20,000 Hz.
