Up for grabs and for your consideration we have here for sale is a NOS Sunset Custom Guitars based out of Hollywood CA electric guitar neck. As for what I could gather from various searching is that, these guys were contracted by ESP Japan when they came to the United States in the early 1980s.
Based on feel and construction it looks to be exactly right. If you see the shape of the headstock, the placement of the truss rod adjusting nut, and the type of wood used, it all seems conducive.
This neck has never been installed and doesn’t have holes drilled for installation on a body. This is a rare opportunity to own something truly unique and a piece of guitar history!
