Up for grabs we have here for sale is an absolutely gorgeous 1979 Fender strat in all of its glory! There’s a reason why these have had a resurgence in popularity recently, these things are absolutely incredible! But be warned, these things are friggin heavy… especially given it’s a Strat and no other before or after are this heavy.. Heck!! heavier even than my LP!
This guitar is in great condition for its age, showing minor cosmetic wear, checking, and playwear consistent with nearly 50 years of use. Frets have plenty of life left, neck is straight, and the truss rod functions as it should, and all electrouncs have been tested and work as intended. pickups are the only thing non original but, are a set of Dimarzio Virtual Vintage from the 2000’s.
If you’re looking for a nice players grade strat, then absolutely look no further. Includes a non original fender branded hardshell case.
