For sale is an Electra Westone X185 Phoenix Red 1984 Electric Guitar. This has been signed by Keb' Mo'. We purchased a large collection of items from the historic House of Blues Studio here in Nashville (before it changed ownership and is now know as East Iris Studios), and this was included in that collection. The owner mentioned these were purchased as part of an auction after the historic 2010 Nashville floods. We are not a guitar specialty shop, but here is our best assessment:

- Passes signal
- Middle pickup/volume knob are functional
- Pickup switch, tone controls, bridge and neck pickup are not functional
- Finish is cracked/dirty
- Needs restring, setup, neck shim, cleaning, fret polish, rewire, new switch
- It's possible this specific guitar sustained some water damage and if so, the neck/fretboard/body may be structurally unsound
