Spectacular is but one description of this Martin custom shop gem. Hand selected tonewoods including beautifully grained Guatemalan Rosewood matched to VTS high altitude Swiss Spruce. Faux tortoise binding, mahogany neck that sports a modified low oval/PA taper, black ebony fingerboard and 1930's style bridge, and of course bone nut and saddle. High specs continue inside. Adirondack Spruce braces set in a Golden Era pattern. Gotoh, nickel finish butter bean button machine heads.
This guitar is a finger-pickers dream. The Guatemalan Rosewood mated to Swiss Spruce results in an instrument that delivers fast, articulate response with excellent note definition and dynamic range. Notes go on seemingly forever. Simply superb.
