My trusty VP28 up for sale. For those that don't know, the CAPI VP28 is an API-inspired preamp which many prefer over API. It is nicely mid-forward with a soft high end and (to my ears), lean low end. Kills on guitars, acoustic and electric, but good on many sources. I also had great time reamping in line mode. Dual stage gain allows you to dial in crunch as needed. It's worth mentioning the great selectable HPF on the VP28, which makes it unique and much more versatile. This is the OG module, which is apparent by the faded anodize on the face. Comes with dual CA-0252 opamps and three standard CAPI transformers.
