E-II Horizon comes with esp hard shell case. Pickups not original. Original owner swapped out the EMG’s for seymour duncan full shred in bridge and a 59 in the neck. Not active, but aggressive. Can take pretty much anything you throw at it.
Also, professionally set up using string Joy 10-48 strings, and a light sand done to back of neck to bring it to a matte finish (pictured)
