Custom Vintage 1950’s Electro-Voice Model 630 Dynamic bullet microphone.
This is a custom made mic. The original handle assembly has been removed and a new high quality hardwired 8 foot Mogami cable with a 1/4” mono plug has been installed in its place. The result is a lighter, easier to handle and easier to cup mic. The mic is loud and strong, measures 146 ohms on my multimeter (see photo #7). Best of all, there is no expensive, outdated and hard to find proprietary vintage 4 pin cable to buy just to get your mic working. It is in good shape cosmetically with some scratches, pitting, etc. as seen in the photos.
The mic will ship in the vintage Electro-Voice box shown. The box was originally for a different model, but this custom made mic fits in it perfectly.
