LUDWIG 13" PSYCHEDELIC RED TOM. The instrument's in good shape, with original chrome hoops, tone control, mount, and some fairly new Remo Coated Ambassador heads on both sides.
Slight UV fading on the green part of the wrap. Serial # 698176, and stamped APRIL 8, 1969. Please note there is a rash on the front side that has been "colored in", and then another rash that has not been colored in. Neither of these have ever bothered me or even been visible when the drums were setup on stage or in a studio.
Despite its minor cosmetic issues, the drum sounds amazing with that warm round rumble we expect from these legendary late 60s 3-ply maple shells. I took many pictures and went out of my way to outline the exterior scuffs on the wrap, so please study the photos closely before purchasing.
