For sale is a vintage Aria A554 classical guitar, made in Japan. This is part of Aria’s nylon-string/classical line and is a great example of the well-built Japanese classical guitars from the 1970's. The instrument features a cedar top, beautiful flamed rosewood back and sides, and a rosewood fingerboard on mahogany neck.

The A554 is a comfortable, traditional nylon-string guitar with a warm, mellow voice and a nice vintage character. This example is in very good condition, with normal signs of use, with just a few very minor dings or scratches. Really fantastic condition given the age.

The guitar is set up well with a straight neck, and a comfortable easy to play action with the low E at 3.5mm and the high E at 2.75mm. Strung with a brand sew set of D'Addario Pro Arte EJ45 normal tension nylon strings.
