This is a wild one. From my research and understanding I have of this guitar, it started at a late 1940s Gibson J45 (likely 1948).
Somewhere around 1963 there was significant body damage and a luthier installed the neck onto a 1960-1963 Epiphone Texan body.
The bridge and pickguard are not original to either guitar. The bridge was adjusted for the scale length and this guitar has perfect intonation and plays great.
Comes with nice Taylor hard case.
