Up for sale is the Super-Sonic from the Squier paranormal series; inspired by a picture of Hendrix playing an upside-down Jazzmaster. The Fender "Pawn Shop" Super-Sonic was a limited run. This Squier is virtually identical, down to the Graphite Metallic finish. The reverse offset body and 24-inch-scale reverse-headstock neck stand out from other Fender or Squier guitars. It has Squier Atomic humbuckers with a high-output tone. Independent volume knobs simplify dialing-in tone: choose neck or bridge, or in the middle position you can blend the pickups to achieve the desired tone. It has a strat-style tremolo bridge with bent steel saddles for easy intonation, and vintage-style tuners. This particular guitar has a beautiful dark and lustrous Indian Laurel fretboard (see pics), has been cleaned, detailed, and setup with new strings (11s). The serial number on this guitar is original. This guitar looks "super", and it's really satisfying to play. I wish I could keep it but I just have too many right now. It's in very good condition - there's only one barely visible ding front (see pics, you can hardly see it but I tried my best), a very slight finish crack in the neck pocket, and a light scratch (so slight that my camera couldn’t capture) on the back. It is sweet and I'll be sad to see it go, which will probably be fast as the Super-Sonic is the one of the most highly sought after guitars in the paranormal series.
