Up for sale is a 1995 Rickenbacker 4003 in the iconic Fireglo finish. This USA-made bass has the unmistakable Rickenbacker look, feel, and tone, with the added benefit of upgraded Joe Barden pickups for enhanced clarity, punch, and articulation.

One of the standout features of this bass is its exceptionally attractive Fireglo finish. The burst remains vibrant and vivid, with excellent color depth and a strong gloss that really comes alive under stage lights or natural light. The finish has aged beautifully over the past 30 years and presents exceptionally well, giving this instrument the classic look that has made Fireglo one of Rickenbacker's most iconic finishes.

The bass is in good overall condition and has been played rather than stored away. It shows normal cosmetic wear for a 30-year-old instrument, including buckle rash on the back and a few blemishes on the neck and headstock. These are purely cosmetic and do not affect playability or performance.

Condition

Case Condition
The original Rickenbacker hardshell case is included and remains fully functional for storage and transport. However, it sustained damage in transit at some point in its life. The case feet are damaged, so it does not stand upright properly, and the lid support straps no longer hold the case open when opened. Aside from these issues, the case continues to protect the instrument as intended.
