Rare vintage 1980s Ibanez UE-400 rack with matching foot controller in excellent condition given its age, only a few minor scratches on face plate and a small amount of rack rash. Very hard to find these units in this good of condition both cosmetically and functionally, every led lights up, every jack and potentiometer works as they should every effect patch sound amazing. I did not encounter any hum or noise issues within the signal path while testing, both of these were obviously cared for very well by previous owner.
