Personal Thoughts:
The 60th Anniversary R9s are some of the most appealing modern Gibson reissues, because they were built with a lot of attention around getting even closer to the late-’50s formula. That already gives them a bit more pull than a standard Historic, and when you add a finish like Cherry Teaburst makes the guitar feel even more special. It has enough warmth and vintage character to feel believable, but still shows off the top beautifully. A very classy anniversary-era Les Paul and one that sits in a really strong place within recent Custom Shop Gibson runs.
Condition Report:
Excellent condition. Presents very cleanly overall with only light signs of use. A very tidy example.
