Condition:
The condition of this guitar is startlingly clean and nice, overall in Excellent Condition.
Serial #S931831:
- Acquired from a retired MD / collector in the Sierra foothills.
- The Serial # indicates a late 1979 year model and the neck is date-stamped 1979 however the pots are dated early 1980 so this one must have moved through the factory slowly. (See photos)
- Minor visible fretwear
- Most importantly, the guitar plays and sounds fantastic with excellent sustain and definition.
Sincerely, one would be hard-pressed to find a cleaner, nicer example of a vintage Stratocaster.
