This is a GORGEOUS guitar at a killer price. If you don't know Heritage, they are a Gibson spinoff, founded in 1985 at the Kalamazoo factory in Michigan. This is all American-made. The serial number says it was made in 2019.
The main difference between the Heritage and the Gibson 335s, aside from the better build quality, is the neck. Most Gibson 335's have that 60's skinny neck. This is a bit more rounded and comfortable, but not a super-chunky 50's style. It's "just right." Also, the body is just a hair slimmer than that of a Gibson 335, without sacrificing any resonance or sustain.
This is a unique version because it was factory-equipped with Seymour Duncan Seth Lover pickups instead of the standard SB59 pickups. The Seth Lovers are one of the best true representations of the original "PAF" pickups, with that classic rock growl without being too hot or distorted. The SB59's are more of a jazzy sound, and the H-535 is VERY hard to find with these factory-upgraded pickups.
Comes with original Heritage hard case (with a few dings, but the guitar fits tight and everything locks perfectly). No dings or scratches on the guitar itself.
The action and frets on this guitar are great. Just professionally set up - no buzzing, low action. Stays in tune forever.
