If you know, you know.
A rare 1988 OBG Les Paul Jr DC in cherry red.
This guitar was made in the Terada factory in Japan. 1988 was the first year that Gibson officially licensed its guitars to be made in Japan, so this guitar is an awesome example of the quality that came out of those factories. These guitars are prized for their superior craftsmanship, often said to be better made then their counterparts being made back in the US
The guitar has Gibson USA electronics, and has all the tone you’d expect out of a Les Paul Junior.
The guitar is in near perfect condition, especially for being nearly 40 years old. It’s been set up with low action and is a breeze to play. See photos for all the details
Comes with the original gig bag, but has been upgraded with a Canadian-made hard shell case. It has also been upgraded with a more modern wrap around bridge and Gotoh tuners, but the original tuners and bridge are included as well if you want to keep everything original.
