An authentic reproduction of the highly coveted and extremely rare Sekova Big Muff Model 2015, made by Shin-Ei starting in 1972/73. It was almost identical to a 1972 Triangle Muff, but with different transistors and some small component value changes.
I was able to source the exact same transistors, Hitachi 2SC1335, specifically for these builds. The exact diodes in the original are unknown, but they were most likely whatever was available. I used Rohm 1S2473, NOS Japanese.
Carbon comp resistors, same as the original. The original used all ceramic caps, so I opted to use mil-spec CK05 ceramics in mine, for consistency and a clean look. Only additional features are voltage protection and power filtering.
Alpha pots, Alpha footswitch, all Lumberg jacks.
