Ibanez JSM20 John Scofield preferred guitar. He is actually using this model specifically.This guitar is wonderful, smooth jazz tones, but it can also rock like a Gibson ES335. Besides the 3 way pickup selector, there is another little switch that change the wiring of the neck pickup from the standard to series and single coil (take a look to the Ibanez web site for details). It is a useful tool to further smooth out the sound, if needed. This guitar is a beauty just to look at it. Black with antique white binding, light gold hardware. It comes with original Ibanez hard shell case and documentation. It is like new. I will provide free shipping in continental USA.
