Mustard FX War Pig treble booster pedal for sale. I think MFX does different enclosure art for these as they make them, this one is the purple/black one with the “starburst” graphic around the volume knob. This pedal is a period-correct component clone of a Dallas Rangemaster (see photos for details).
The only things about this unit that may be of concern are the volume pot and input/output jacks; the volume pot gets a bit scratchy when turned past about the 3 o’clock position, and the jacks seem “tight” when connecting a cable, but otherwise work perfectly. I used Deoxit5 to clean the volume pot which helped a bit, but still some scratchiness when turning the knob past 3 o’clock. I didn’t want to disassemble anything to clean further as the pedal did what I needed it to, so if you’re comfortable working with vintage components (I am not), I’d get in there and try a more thorough cleaning. Footswitch and toggle switch function perfectly.
Does not include OEM box, has some Velcro on underside.
