I am offering a Gibson Songwriter Deluxe EC Studio from 2017, a handcrafted in Bozeman, Montana (USA), all-solid timber acoustic guitar from Gibson’s Songwriter series with voluminous square-shoulder dreadnought body style featuring a Venetian cutaway, a fine-grained “AA” Sitka spruce top, back and sides made of richly figured Indian rosewood, set mahogany neck with medium-width round neck profile and 43.8mm TUSQ nut, bound rosewood fingerboard with split parallelogram mother-of-pearl inlays, rosewood bridge with TUSQ saddle, gold Grover Rotomatic tuners as well as a high-quality Fishman Prefix Plus-T pickup system in a radiant Antique Natural high-gloss nitro finish with various inlays made of mother-of-pearl, abalone, and precious woods in excellent condition, including black Gibson luxury hardshell case and professional setup with 12-gauge Elixir strings.

This 2017 Gibson Songwriter Deluxe Studio EC was crafted in Gibson’s renowned acoustic workshop in Bozeman, Montana, and features a classic vintage acoustic guitar design with excellent craftsmanship, modern high-end custom features, and premium hardware.

The instrument features a classic square-shoulder dreadnought body shape, which delivers a rich, powerful acoustic sound thanks to its large soundbox, as well as a Venetian cutaway for effortless access to the higher registers. The time-tested tonewood combination of fine-grained Sitka spruce for the top and dark-grained Indian rosewood for the sides and back—including an intricately designed marquetry checkerboard center strip made of maple and ebony — ensures a sparkling tone rich in overtones, which, in addition to the signature Gibson punch, produces powerful bass and prominent mids. The sound is so orchestral and rich; hardly any other acoustic guitar produces such a full, warm tone—that’s Gibson for you.

The factory-installed Fishman Prefix Plus-T pickup system provides a reliable authentic acoustic sound amplified, making the guitar an absolute professional-grade instrument live and in the studio.

In terms of playability, the guitar is extremely smooth-playing thanks to the 43.8mm-wide TUSQ nut, the 648mm scale length, the medium round neck profile, and the bound rosewood fingerboard.

The guitar is in excellent condition and technically flawless. Visually, there is only a occasional finest superficial wear (see photos). The frets are in top condition.
