Ludwig Super Classic LS-T412 11" x 12" Double Headed Power Tom - LSC4PPT-101-12

Ludwig 4ply Super Classic (Super Classic 4 ply shells were produced from 88 until being discontinued in 96) 11" depth x 12" diameter (Model LS-T412) Double Headed Power Tom finished in Silver Silk covering. The seam on the covering is good and the covering is tight on the shell. This drum was produced in or after 1988 and was made in Monroe, NC USA. Large Keystone Monroe Badge (no number). This is the 4 ply Rock Maple/American Whitewood (poplar) (Maple/Poplar/Poplar/Maple) shell with the clear coat maple interior ply. As you can see in the photos this drum is in very good condition. There are a multitude of small nick/scratches in the finish as demonstrated in the pictures with a close up of such, almost undetectable except at specific angles and almost not at all from just a couple feet away. Rims, Tension Rods, Small Classic Lugs and P-1216-D Classic Tom Mount Bracket with the P-2952 female T-handle are all original and in great shape. Just a wild guess I suppose but based on the shell composition, 489 stamped inside and finish on this drum I would say it is probably an 1989 production drum.
