Here is a Yamaha YCL-62 Professional Grenadilla Wood Clarinet with a French style compact case. This professional clarinet carries boasts high-quality Yamaha production, vibrant tone, and ease of play that rivals the best professional clarinets. This instrument is difficult to find on the used market because they are high quality instruments, had a low production number, and are only rarely sold.

This instrument has been completely overhauled with new Valentino Masters synthetic pads, plus a custom beveled premium cork register pad. All key bumpers and tenon corks are new. Cosmetically, this particular instrument is in stellar condition. Please note the picture of the F/C touch, with the minor flaws in the plating. The logos have been redone in a warm silver color. (If you prefer a different color, this is quite easily changed.) The silver plating is really beautiful on this instrument, and shows very little wear with only minor scratches from use. The case is a French style hard case in fantastic condition.

The instrument plays amazingly well, as is expected from a YCL-62. It has a lovely dark tone, even intonation, and snappy response. It is in xceptional condition for its age and status as a previously owned instrument. You can really tell that the previous owner loved it and took great care of it.
