Burns London Marquee Club Series 2002 - Shadows White

From a former collector’s estate sale.

This is a very good condition Burns London Marquee Club Series in "Shadows White" with a Hank Marvin Signature Headstock.

In our research, we’ve discovered some variations of these models indicating different bridges and tremolo systems. That said, we are discovering “Dealer Bundle“ editions and “Shadows” editions that sometimes bring to question the exact model based on case, color, and case candy and literature. Original White/Black/White pick guards, 3 Rezo Matik™ pickups (handmade to original specifications with USA alnico magnets). Rosewood Fingerboard and Canadian Maple Neck. Master Volume Control, 2 tone controls, Five-Way pickup selector switch, Push/Pull pick up selector, Gold Hardware.

• Body: Selected American Alder, typically finished in Shadows White.
• Neck: Bolt-on Canadian Hard Rock Maple with a 25.5-inch scale length.
• Pickups: Three handmade Rez-o-Matic single-coil pickups, slanted to original 1964 specifications.
• Bridge System: The Point Classic Tremolo system.
• Electronics: A master volume control, two tone controls with a push/pull function (allowing for seven total pickup combinations), and a 5-way selector switch.
• Headstock: Classic Burns scroll headstock, often fitted with locking machine heads for improved stability. Hank Marvin Signature on back of Headstock.
• The Autograph: Hank Marvin originally used a 1964 Burns signature model. While the Marquee is a more affordable variant compared to the ultra-rare UK Custom Shop reissues, a verified personal signature on the rear headstock significantly elevates its collector value.
• This guitar is in very good playing, working, and cosmetic condition, exceptional for age, use, and ware. Tested and Professionally set up. $900.
