These vintage Neumann U87s were made in 1983. They have sequential serial numbers (42194 & 42195). Both mics use exactly the same electronic components. They have both being serviced. New capacitors were installed. Capsules are original and are in near mint shape.
The bodies have some minor dents from normal use, but are in much better shape than the average vintage U87s. This pair is in excellent condition and sound/work like a dream! They are very clean and have been checked and tested throughout all functions and variations. All switches work fine and are firm. These mics sound identical, making them a perfect stereo pair.
Original vintage Neumann IC4 swivel mounts with 25ft cables are included. No shock mounts are necessary. A waterproof case is included to house both mics and cables/mounts.
