This is a one of a kind Gretsch snare drum. This is “not” a USA CUSTOM but it could pass as one very easy. This is a 10 ply North American Maple Gretsch Renown Shell (gold and black badge era)
I had the shell professionally wrapped by Village Drum Shop in Rhode Island In Delmar’s blue white pearl which Gretsch calls it as “60’s marine pearl”. . They also installed a replica Stop Sign Badge for that vintage look.
I also upgraded the snare throw off with a Gibraltar lightening throw off. No new holes had to be drilled.
Die cast hoops. They have a couple spots of wear but nothing terrible.

This drum is extremely dynamic. It can be snappy and articulate but at the same time, has a nice crack to it.
