Jackson JS34 DKA with upgraded pickups and locking Gotoh tuners. Only damage is a chip in the bottom near the input jack, however the jack works fine.
Pickups replaced with Seymour Duncan JB in Bridge, Seymour Duncan Hot Rail in Neck and a Bartolini Alnico Ceramic HumKiller Single - ACE-SV Middle Pickup. These pickups take a long time to get and have a pretty unique sound.
