This listing is for a Very Good condition Seymour Duncan SH-1 ‘59 neck position Humbucker. A steampunk cover has been attached but not wax potted as it is very open. This can easily be removed.
The Seymour Duncan SH-1 '59 Model 4-Conductor Pickup is built with the same kind of enameled wire, nickel-plated studs, and balanced coil windings that humbucker inventor Seth Lover used in his first P.A.F. pickups to get warm smooth tone and great sustain. It looks and sounds just like a '59.
