This Telecaster started its life as a Joe Strummer Artist Series In 2007. As you can see, I’ve modded the heck out of it, and it smokes every stock Tele I’ve played.

The finish is aged seafoam nitrocellulose and has been beat to hell on purpose. The back is not pretty (long story). This is not a pretty guitar. It is a killer guitar.

The pickups have been upgraded to Dimarzo Chopper in the bridge & Dimarzio Area T Noiseless in the neck.

The tremolo is a Bigsby and it mates up with a $205 Mastery Bridge (M4.1). I’m also throwing in the original bridge plate, but with upgraded compensated brass saddles installed.

The neck is rosewood on maple and is a vintage 7.25 radius. I had frets 14-21 scalloped to get a better bite when bending. The action is low and the thin, narrow neck is comfortable, fast, and fun.

The electronics are all Emerson pots & caps and has a treble bleed circuit which sounds fantastic through the entire sweep.

The guitar will be double-boxed and I ship UPS same or next day if possible and will send a pic of the receipt and upload ETA into Reverb from the parking lot.
