A mono equalizer. Seems to be popular with a certain tube loving subset of the population. Don't they know we live in a digital era?
Anyway, these all came from the same rack, and they all look to be in good shape. They plug in, they turn on, and they light up when thumping the mic. They weren't even all that dusty. One is down; three to go.
