The 1987 Fender Boxer Series ST314-60 was a Made in Japan (MIJ) medium-scale HSS Stratocaster featuring a basswood body, maple neck with rosewood fretboard, 22 frets, and a unique Dragstar humbucker in the bridge with two ST Current single-coils, controlled by a 5-way switch with Master Volume/Tone, plus stamped saddles and Fender Japan tuners, known for its shorter 24.75" scale.
