Really hard to find one of this age in this condition. I’m not going to say that it is without blemish but are no scuffs or scratches of significance that I could try to photograph. Looks to me to be original too, with the exception of the back plate and the screws holding the pickup selector.
Fresh strings. Plays great. Sounds great. Everything functions perfectly.
If you like these early MiM Fenders (I do!), and you’ve been looking for the classic black and maple, then don’t sleep on this one!
