Original 1962 Fender neck plate with matching vintage mounting screws. Stamped serial number 87423, placing it firmly in the desirable pre-CBS era of Fender production. Correct for Stratocaster, Telecaster, Precision Bass, Jazz Bass, and other Fender bolt-on instruments produced during this period.
The plate retains its original finish and shows honest vintage wear from decades of use, including scratches, oxidation, and remnants of old paint on the reverse side. The original mounting screws are included and display matching age and patina. A great opportunity to complete a restoration, vintage project, or period-correct instrument with an authentic early-1960s Fender component.
