Hofner 4550 S - 1950s archtop guitar - fretjob, electrified, player

Restored 1950s Hofner 4550 S - an 17 inch hollowbody jazzbox.

Plays, sounds and looks great.

Work done:

- the neck was reeinforced with carbon fibre

- frets leveled

- new p90 (unknown) and electronics (CTS pots)

- groundwire to tailpiece

- new Rubner tuners

- new roller bridge (spacing and radius match the guitar)

- new old teacup pots with pearl

Shipping details:

The instrument will be shipped with DHL. If you want another currier, let me know. I use double walled cardboard boxes with enough suitable packaging material like bubble foil.
