I have only used this one at home. I've listed it "Excellent". There are the tiniest marks which you have to look closely to see them. These are pretty rare nowadays, and Mike Fuller claims they are an exact clone of the original 60's Univibes.

Works perfectly. No power supply. 9v supply will be needed. Comes with Original box (bit marked, as the box, not the pedal, was stored in the loft) Original leaflet, and sticker.
