No major issues. Cosmetically it looks good and there are no issues with keyboard, switches, or output jack. All four internal preset banks are intact. Includes external Yamaha power supply. It's a fun little keyboard with pegs on either side for a strap so one can compete with the guitar player for attention. If you don't enjoy the smaller keyboard, you can control it with an normal sized external MIDI keyboard,
