Up for sale, a 2025 Fender Traditional II ‘60s Mustang in mint condition, complete with hangtags. This limited-run Mustang features a sleek Black Pearl finish with matching headstock and gold hardware throughout, designed to offer “an elegant and refined sense of luxury.” Only intended for sale to the Japanese domestic audience and select international markets, this Mustang was sourced direct from Tokyo.

This Mustang is featherweight at 7lbs 1oz, with a basswood body, maple neck and rosewood fretboard. The signal is spanky and cutting in the out-of-phase setting, engaged when both on/off/on pickup selector switches are at their innermost or outermost points. The quack of that particular setting is unique to the Mustang, and there's plenty of tonal range between the two pickups, with a biting growl at the bridge and meatier sounds when the neck pickup is singled out. This Traditional II ‘60s Mustang has been professionally setup here at Mike & Mike’s Guitar Bar with 11-49 strings, low action, and accurate intonation.
