For Sale: Yamaha YAS-62 Professional Alto Saxophone – First Generation

Hey folks, I've got a really nice Yamaha YAS-62 alto saxophone for sale. This is the original first generation professional model — the one a lot of players still go for because of its warm, classic Yamaha sound.

The horn has been professionally serviced and is ready to play right out of the case. The pads seal extremely well, the corking is in great shape, and the pads themselves are in excellent condition. No air leaks detected at all — it blows freely with quick response and everything feels solid and reliable.

This sax truly sounds like a dream. It has that rich, warm tone with beautiful depth and resonance. The sound is full and centered across the entire range, really responsive, and super musical for whatever style you play — jazz, classical, or anything in between. Intonation is solid and it just plays effortlessly. It's one of those horns that feels great and makes you excited to practice.

On top of that, I'm including plenty of extras: a cleaning cloth, full cleaning kit, a set of new Vandoren reeds, and more useful bits and pieces to get you started. It comes with the original Yamaha hard case, which is also in good condition.
