Eko Camero 2000 Custom Art guitar 1999 - partscaster -

This is a Frankenstein guitar - Built with parts from 2 guitars with a custom pick guard as well . I call this one " Spiders in Space 1999 "

The body - neck -tuners and output jack are original Eko Camero 2000 parts. This one was made in 1999 . When I got it many years ago the pickups - controls -and pick guard were broken and rusted and non functional -- The 3 pickups with 250K pots on this one were salvaged from a China Strat copy so nothing great as well ! Even the strings and bridge were taken off that strat . It has a 5 way switch and only 4 of the positions work This guitar is currently set up just to play but could use a real good setup and I will be tinkering with it to try and make it play better than it does now ! I had to raise the bridge with a small block of wood to get the strings off the neck ! There are also a few scratches on the black finish on the back of the body . I might have a cover for the back as well . No tremolo arm .

So buy it for the art as a playable guitar that you can improve on if you wish .

This is not a ready to go gig guitar at all ! Not sure what the Italians were painting this guitar with but can say I went through a lot sandpaper removing the bullet proof clear coats on the top so I could make the design on the bare-wood !!! The finish is not 100% smooth at all THIS IS NOT A FACTORY MACHINE PAINTED FINISH .
