Taylor Legacy 815e – Jumbo Acoustic-Electric Guitar

The Taylor Legacy 815e revives one of Taylor’s most iconic body styles—the Jumbo—with a bold, balanced tone and vintage-inspired appointments. Designed for players seeking volume, depth, and elegant styling, the 815e blends classic construction with modern performance features.

Crafted with a Sitka spruce top and solid Indian rosewood back and sides, this Jumbo delivers booming lows, crisp highs, and a slightly scooped midrange, making it ideal for dynamic strummers and fingerstyle players alike. Traditional X-bracing supports a warm, blooming voice with exceptional sustain.

The Neo-Tropical mahogany neck and West African Crelicam ebony fretboard provide a smooth, responsive playing feel across all 20 frets. The guitar’s styling includes a mustache-style ebony bridge, straight-ear peghead, white body and neck binding, and a three-ring green abalone rosette for a refined visual presence.

Additional features include non-engraved Large Diamond mother-of-pearl fretboard inlays, ebony bridge pins with green abalone dots, a faux-tortoiseshell pickguard, and nickel tuning machines.

Equipped with an LR Baggs Element VTC undersaddle pickup, the Legacy 815e offers a natural and expressive tone when amplified. It comes housed in a Taylor deluxe hardshell case, ready for the road or studio.
