A tribute to the guitar that started it all. The Taylor Legacy 810e honors the original Dreadnought designs that put Taylor on the map in 1975, blending vintage appointments with modern refinements for a playing experience that feels both timeless and effortlessly current.
Crafted with a solid Sitka spruce top and solid Indian rosewood back and sides, the Legacy 810e delivers the big, commanding Dreadnought voice Taylor built its reputation on — warm lows, sparkling highs, and blooming overtones that open up the more you play. Traditional X-bracing with relief rout keeps the tone honest and full-bodied, while a modern Taylor neck profile makes fretting relaxed and adjustability simple.
Appointments recall the early 800 Series in every detail: white binding, a three-ring green abalone rosette, mother-of-pearl Large Diamond fretboard inlays, a faux-tortoiseshell pickguard, and ebony bridge pins with green abalone dots. Stage-ready out of the box with an LR Baggs Element VTC undersaddle pickup and soundhole-mounted volume and tone controls.
