All keys and pedals were inspected and are functioning perfectly.

The piano has a light action, which means the keys feel lighter under your fingers which allows players to play faster notes, and is great for small children because they don't need to press as hard as some pianos.

Beautiful Yamaha piano tone. 

The felt on the hammers show normal use.  Consider hammer shaping and voicing if you would like to change the tone.

Soundboard and both bridges are in excellent condition.  No wood splitting or cracking.

Strings and tuning pins are in great condition.  No signs of rust on any metallic parts.

Tuning pin bushings are recessed into the metal plate and appeared in good condition.

The pinblock felt nice and tight after testing several strings with my tuning hammer. The pinblock  is properly gripping the tuning pins.

Middle Practice Pedal Feature works great!  Reduces volume of the piano while practicing. 

Minor dings and nicks near the legs on the bottom of the piano. 

Matching Bench
