The Custom 24-08 Advantage
The "24-08" layout is famous for a reason. Featuring a 3-way toggle switch paired with two mini-toggle coil-split switches, this guitar gives you 8 distinct pickup configurations. You can transition instantly from thick, singing humbucker tones to crisp, authentic single-coil spank—and everywhere in between.
Condition & Modification Notes
Front/Finish: The stunning flame maple amber sunburst top is in excellent cosmetic shape, showing off gorgeous grain definition as seen in image.png and image_2.png.
The EverTune Mod: This was a premium aftermarket modification done right by the EverTune team. As shown in the close-up bridge photos (image_3.png, image_4.png, and image_9.png), the chrome EverTune unit sits flawlessly on the top.
Back Routing & Control Cavity: To fit the internal spring modules that make the EverTune magic happen, the back of the body was cleanly routed at the factory. As shown in image_8.png (with the rear plates removed), the routing is solid and deep, revealing the raw mahogany core. The factory backplates are included and installed (image_6.png).
Neck & Headstock: The rosewood fretboard features the classic PRS bird inlays (image.png). The back of the headstock (image_7.png) carries the official serial number and "Built by Cor-Tek... under license for PRS Guitars" stamp.
