These are adapter bushings for modern necks where the tuning peg holes are bored out to larger 9.5mm specs. These work as reducer bushings to enable you to install a vintage tuning machine on a modern headstock without having to plug and redrill the pegholes.

• Bushing I.D. Specs = 1/4 inch (6.48mm)
