Fender Malibu neck is sold as is and is non refundable/ non returnable. As it sits now with no tension on the neck it has just the slightest amount of back bow in it. Once you put tension on it it will probably bow forward. You might try putting a washer behind the truss rod nut to see if that helps. If not you'll need to have a luthier put it into a heat clamp in order to get more movement on the truss rod. Frets are in fair condition with divots in them on the does 6-7. Please see photos for condition. Sold as is.
