For sale or best offer is a vintage 1964 Rickenbacker DW-16 Console Slide Guitar. This rare model has 16 strings, divided into two 8-string necks. This is ideal for moving around quickly between two alternate tunings. Each side is equipped with Rickenbacker’s "horseshoe" magnetic pickups, lending to a warm, glassy amplified sound. It has been refinished to a vibrant red-orange, which is eye-catching and would probably look cool under a blacklight. It's in great shape with some small nicks and dings here and there. It's a blast to play and sounds great.
It comes with its original hardshell case, legs, a couple cables, a couple thumbpicks, and a slide.
