Up for sale, a 1993 Gretsch Nashville 6120 in near-mint, 100% original condition and in perfect working order, complete with the original hardshell case and owner’s card. Crafted at the Fujigen factory in Japan, this example of Gretsch’s enduring Chet Atkins model features a Western Orange Stain finish, Filter’Tron humbuckers, a Bigsby B6G vibrato and gold-plated hardware.

With fully hollow maple construction and sound post bracing with parallel tonebars on the top, this guitar has a rich, articulate voice when strummed acoustically that translates well through the pickups. Plugged in, this 6120 has a broad sonic range, offering a punchy, sparkling bridge position sound that has plenty of muscle and breadth. The neck pickup has a certain smoothness, with a distinctive bark for fat lead work and complex chording. Weighing 8lbs 6oz, this Nashville 6120 has been professionally setup here at Mike & Mike’s Guitar Bar with 11-49 strings, low action, and accurate intonation.
