Has tension bar on Bridge for tighter strings comes with case .
Seldomly used over the past 15 years.
purchased in late 2009 and only played on regularly for a year.
Has minor wear and tear on back side that is normal and on tiny finish ding on back.
Bottom of guitar has slight staining from guitar stand that may be able to be brought out. I did not want to treat with any chemicals to try and get it to come off, but a lot wiped out.
The back bottom side also has paint marks, which could also potentially be brought out, but I did not want to go too hard on cleaning.
Great guitar in solid condition and playability.
